"1964 on the Plaza"
“1964 on the Plaza” was the official art for the 2014 NCRS Convention in Kansas City and features Michael Johnson’s Daytona Blue ’64 Convertible. I created vinyl banners for use in Convention photos and smaller ones for collectors to benefit the NCRS Foundation. The Nichols Fountain behind the ’64 is a landmark here in Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza shopping and restaurant district.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
