"Backwards Vision"
Several years ago, I was surfing the web and ran across an interesting photograph from Oregon. What made this Coca Cola sign unique was it appeared in the photograph was the Coca Cola sign was backwards. The story behind it reflects the reason for it. A corner store building was built where it was the only building on the block. A Coca Cola sign was painted on the side of it and eventually, a new building was to be added next to the corner drug store and they used the existing building of the corner store as a mold to create the new building. Fast forward 34-40 years and the original corner store building was torn down. To everyone’s surprise, the Coca Cola sign that was on the original corner store building had transferred it’s paint onto the wall on the new building. The Coca Cola sign had soaked in the paint and reversed itself onto the new building causing it to appear backwards.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
