"Stingers"
Based on a photo I took at the 2007 NCRS Convention of thirteen 1967 Big Block Corvettes with hoods raised, “Stingers” came to be. It shows at least one Corvette of each color available in 1967. I did use some artistic license to arrange the color sequence in an aesthetic manner with warmer colors placed closer to the viewer. I created the brick wall sign behind the cars by enhancing an existing wall in Baxter Springs, Kansas.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
