"Shelby's Gems"
Titled “Shelby’s Gems,” this is a commissioned piece of two Shelby Series 1 cars. These are two of the only 249 cars ever built by Carroll Shelby from scratch. He selected the elements of the car from his own chassis and body with a drivetrain from the Oldsmobile Aurora. These are very rare colors for this series as most were painted in Silver. The white car is the only one painted in Pearl White. My painting shows the two cars in front of the actual building where they were built, the Shelby American headquarters in Las Vegas.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
