"Pentimento"
“Pentimento” is from a building in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It has a series of older signs one painted over another. The first one painted was Selz Royal Blue Shoes (the last of the high button shoes). The next layer was a Coca-Cola sign and the final level was for Tom Moore Cigars. I’ve added two other signs, one of Indian Motorcycles and the Hot Springs Saloon. I also added the motorcycle and the cola machine.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
