Irwin Kroiz commissioned a painting of his 1968 Sebring Class-winning Corvette L88. To emphasize the significance of its win at Sebring that year, I searched for actual photos of the pit area where the car was before the race. Even though most of the photos were black and white, I tried to duplicate the pit area accurately.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
