The C7 Corvette Z06 Convertible in Blade Silver Metallic is very impressive. One of the first I saw was at the Corvette Museum with a red interior package. I used that along with several others I had photographed to create this painting. The background wall I had saved for several years because of the unusual colors and sign subjects and thought the Silver car would be perfect for the signage. Dr. Pierce’s Golden Medical Discovery and Women’s Tonic over a sign for Ranier Beer made for two unusual product signs. I changed the name of the Tavern to Danny’s Tavern as a tribute to a close friend who passed recently.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
