"Sting Ray Reflections"
“Sting Ray Reflections” shows the rear view of a 1967 coupe, one of my favorite views of the mid-year series of Corvettes. The photo which I used for this painting was of the 1966 coupe which I owned at the time. Taken on a sunny day with many small clouds overhead, the photo led to the reflections I created in the car’s paint.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
