"Basket Case"
While I was displaying in a event in Carlisle Pennsylvania, passers by my display started to ask if I had seen an older car for sale in the fair grounds. I took my camera over to that location of the event and found a 1957 corvette in great disrepair. It had been parked outside the owners garage and moss had grown over it. A few years later, I wanted to try and duplicate the moss that was covering the corvette. During the pandemic, I challenged myself to do a painting of the photo I took of that corvette on its trailer. As I have said before, I am always looking for a new approach.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
