"One Red Hot Pepper"
Every red Corvette roadster could legitimately be called a red hot pepper, but for this painting I chose a 1998 or 1999 convertible as the subject. In “One Red Hot Pepper” I parked the car next to a brick wall advertising Dr. Pepper, a fitting background both in color and subject relationship.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
