"Remnants of Barnum 1885"
“Remnants of Barnum” was created from a photo in the newspaper. A Wisconsin bar owner bought the building next door to expand his bar. He intended to take the common wall between out but after cutting through the wall with a door, he discovered a hidden 1880’s paper Circus Poster on the wall between his two building that was 85’ long! I used a small portion of the poster for my painting and parked a 1957 Corvette in the next lot with the car’s owner feeling the texture of the wall.

Giclée vs Litho
Printing technology changed when the type of scanners used to produce the printing plates evolved. That required changing my printing to the newest and more expensive Giclée Printing. Giclée (pronounced jyee-clay) is printed by a high quality ink jet printing process. Scanning is done in a higher resolution, producing better quality than the previous Offset Lithographic process.
